If appropriate, you'll receive advice and/or NHS medication (like antibiotics) on the spot. If your condition is more serious, we will refer you to your GP.

That's right. You can walk in at any time during our opening hours. We provide this service on demand to ensure you get care when you need it most. No more waiting for the next available GP slot.
Yes, the consultation with our pharmacist is a completely free NHS service. If you are prescribed medication and normally pay for your prescriptions, the standard NHS charge will apply. If you have an exemption, the medication is also free.
Yes. Our pharmacists are trained to supply medications for these specific conditions. If your clinical assessment indicates a bacterial infection for which antibiotics are appropriate (e.g., a UTI or impetigo), they can and will supply them directly.
Our pharmacists can still provide expert advice for a wide range of minor ailments. If your condition falls outside the Pharmacy First scheme, we can recommend over-the-counter treatments or advise if you still need to see a GP. You will always leave with a clear plan.
